Terms of Service

Eligibility and consent

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use After Dark. All players must participate voluntarily. Either player may skip a prompt or end a session at any time.

One-couple license

Each purchase grants access to the original buyer and one partner selected by that buyer. Once linked, the partner assignment is non-transferable. Playing with a different partner requires a separate purchase. The same linked partner may receive a replacement invitation without buying again.

The license does not transfer ownership or permit resale, account sharing, redistribution, recording, or public performance.

Privacy and conduct

Do not record, screenshot, harass, impersonate, threaten, or share another person’s content without clear permission. Illegal use is prohibited.

Availability

Online features may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. Buyer and partner access may be suspended together for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these terms.
