Launch notifications

If you join the launch list, we store your email address, consent time, and signup source so we can send the requested launch announcement. You may request removal at any time.

First-party analytics

We count anonymous website visits, waitlist signups, checkout starts, and completed purchases to understand launch performance. These measurements do not include card details or video content.

Information used for purchases

When checkout is activated, the store will use the buyer’s email, linked-partner details, processor transaction identifier, purchase status, timestamps, and access status to deliver and support the order.

Payment information

Card and bank details will be entered directly with the approved payment processor. After Dark Games will not store full payment credentials.

Video sessions

Live camera and microphone media is intended for the two participants and is not recorded by the store. Connection metadata and limited error information may be processed to operate and secure a room.

Retention and requests

Order records will be retained as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. A verified purchaser may request access help or ask about applicable privacy rights through the support channel.
